I myself love to engage in physical activities. I bike to work. I like boating. I do gardening. I like to take long walks. You may like to swim, jog, ski or walk. Whatever sport you do will depend on your own personal preferences.
But whatever you decide to do, it should definitely be something that you enjoy and something that you will keep doing. The benefits are numerous from a health vantage. There are psychological benefits due to the release of endorphins which make people happier. There are aesthetic benefits by enhancing people’s appearance. There are social benefits such as getting out and doing group exercises.
I have been in practice for over 30 years, trained in: Hospital for Joint Diseases and The Cleveland Clinic. I have treated tens of thousands of patients. I’ve treated feet, toes, ankles, legs, knees, shoulders, wrists, hands, fingers, fractures and sprains. I’ve treated ligaments and tendon issues.
My goal as a treating orthopedist is to get you back as soon as possible to your optimal state of physical health and endurance.
