Saw dr stein 2 visits for bursitis. From the moment I called for appt was seen next day . Waited 15 minutes to be seen. A real angel, mensch, thorough, attention to detail and let’s me talk not only what he thinks . Treated me like a real mensch . Ordered mri for clearance from insurance today within 3 hours I had clearance set up . I mean treated me like his own individual child . When my husband had knee pain, we were given an appointment to Dr. Stein’s office that same day. My husband requested a cortisone shot to ease the pain, but Dr. Stein declined due to the detrimental side effects.

He did, however, recommend a series of three shots, (some kind of gel), one per week, which really improved my husband’s condition. After the first shot, the pain was almost completely gone. And now that the treatment is over, my husband is walking, driving, climbing stairs and doing everything just like before.

I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Stein. He is a very caring and competent doctor.

After a fall, I called Dr. Steins office (who I used several times in the past) and was able to get an appointment within one day. As in the past, he diagnosed the problem as not being serious, with no broken bones, but he was able to relieve my lower back pain. Within three days the pain was almost completely gone. Every time I came to his office (although I have not required his services often over the years), his service was pleasant, professional, thorough, and correct. I would use him again in the future, but I hope I remain healthy with healthy bones, and do not require a doctor.

Dr. Stein, Very knowledgeable!!! He went out of his way in attempting to figure out why I have pain in hand, neck and shoulder, offered me a Cortizone shot to relieve the pain. He also gave me advice on who to seek out for additional possible relief and very aware about Lyme epidemic and it’s effect, that other doctors are usually quick to dismiss.

Dr Joseph Stein diagnosed it as a fractured metatarsal.
